A: Only if a down payment was made or services have been prepaid and not rendered. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please contact our office as soon as possible and we will help explain the options available to you.
Q: I would like the large tree in my backyard removed. Is this something A Cut Above can do?
A: A Cut Above can remove a tree up to twenty-five feet tall. The price will vary due to the width and actual height of the tree. You will have the option to remove the stump along with the tree. If by chance we cannot perform the work we can refer you to a certified arborist.
Q: I have read the description of a Clean Up and I want all of the listed services with the exception of shrub or hedge trimming. Can the Clean Up be tailored to fit my needs?
A: The Clean Up can be a generic one time offer which can be altered according to fit your personal needs. Please contact us for an estimate.
Q: I would like a new landscape design for my front yard, can A Cut Above help me make a decision?
A: Not a problem! A Cut Above will set up an appointment with you to discuss different possibilities that will work for your property. Once a design has been determined, we will use our design software to create an of what your home will look like before work is done and a deposit is received.

Q: What is included and how is leaf removal priced?
A: Leaf removal is priced by the hour. You will be charged according to the amount of time that it takes to remove all leaves from the property with a two-hour minimum per visit. A Cut Above will remove leaves twice; once in the early fall and again in the late fall/early winter or as weather permits. A third visit is optional upon request.

A: You bet! We offer flowerbed maintenance and curb control

A: Absolutely! We apply different types of fertilizer that coincide with the weather. Each time you receive an application, depending on the season, it will have an effect and work the way it is supposed to, even if the temperatures are boiling hot!
